OKay so I just realised that after having had this Username for over a year now, that Mortician's Daughter is actually the name of a Black Veil Brides song, and I HATE black veil brides with a burning passion. they're all 'ooh, look at us we're so dark and brooding, the best black metal band ever' ...........no. Cradle of Filth could kick your sorry Emo asses into oblivion. Annyyyywway enough hateful rants. I've currently been obsessing over tattoos and figuring what I want, so I will probably upload what I come up with (a CoF tribute will definately be part of it) Also, i'm about to start my final major project on my Foundation course, and I FINALLY get to work on my graphic novel! So any work on that'll most likely end up here too Seriously wish I could change my username :/ .......

Yes, I'm still alive and my god, I need to update! it's been so long, expect many unspectacular drawings, may your Deviantart notifications be bombarded with sub standard doodles  Oh, yeah and I also need to create a children's book for my illustration coursework at college, I don't really like children, so am in urgent need of plot ideas xD It's an alternative children's book, think, what would Tim Burton do? Because children today are delightfully desensitised I have no qualms with the inclusion of all manner of spookiness and maybe some blood. Though the breif gives an approximate age of 3-5, I might aim for ages 7+depending on how all develops, wish me luck, Darklings x

Ok, so I never write a journal, not of yet anyway but...well, I seem to be having somewhat of a crisis a My Chem crisis O.o I am very much having Black Parade withdrawal symptoms. I know, sounds weird right? But it happens every now and again... where I just really miss the Black Parade ... I've had this notion in my head for a while now that I REALLY want to design and make my own Black Parade jacet, as many other fans have. I have designed it using photomanipualtion on Photoshop, just need to save for the materials and the black tailcoat I hope to transform. It's a Gothy version of TBP style so it should blend into my Victoriana wardrobe just fine...its black after all :3 Never done any serious DIYing before so it looks ok on paper but the finished article could be anything but xD But hopefully it'll be the start of many more DIY, sprucing up some of my clothes ... there can never be enough black lace and velvet :3 Must draw and upload more, its been a while..
